During my journey of buying a condo over the last two years I have come in contact with many realtors at open houses and as a request to see a property that I saw online . Nicholas Michael was by far the most knowledgeable, accessible good humored and patient realtor. For me his best trait was that he was not at all pushy. I live in NY and before I made the trip I asked him to check it out and provide me with additional pictures. Nicholas took videos of the entire condo which prompted my trip to Florida . I was upfront with him about my interest in another unit and he understood and said the most important thing was that I be happy with my purchase. Nicholas was always available to make additional trips to the condo to check something for me. Nicholas also recommended at my request the names of mortgage brokers and house inspectors. Several weeks after the purchase it came to my attention that I had failed to obtain a four point inspection and was frantic my insurance would be cancelled. My original inspector was unable to do the 4 point inspection as he had a broken leg , several of the inspectors couldnt get it for several weeks but Nick found someone got it done for me and even emailed the report to my insurance agent.
