He is professional, personable, and easy to get in touch with, and he has gone the extra mile for us both before and after the sale. He went out of his way to meet with us on a Sunday for our first introduction, and he was our sole point of contact throughout the whole process -- unlike other agents we met with, Steve didnt hand us off to another staff member after the first call.We had a good idea of what we wanted in a home when we first met with Steve, but he helped us refine that list and found a wonderful home for us that hit everything on our checklist, was in our ideal neighborhood and was a perfect fit for our budget.
