We didn't use a real estate agent in our first home purchase 11 years ago, but shopping in the more competitive Austin market it felt more important to work with a realtor. Steve was patient with our year-long search and never hesitated to meet us to see a property or even just to talk over the phone at length about pros and cons to consider as we slowly made progress towards our eventual choice. Steve was instrumental in connecting us to a network of equally helpful real estate professionals including a home inspector, mortgage broker, and title company that all worked so well together to make our entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. Overall, Steve was extremely competent, warm and personable, and genuinely interested in us as people, and not simply as part of a transaction.
