I was very pleased with Steve over the years. My husband and I came across Steve back in 2014 when we were looking for a place to live. We first started looking for homes to rent, and then we looked for a home to buy two years later. Steve has continued helping over the years and the experience has always been great!! He was always professional, courteous, and dedicated to helping us get the best offer our money can buy. I'm glad my husband and I chose to stay with Steve because I don't know if we would be living in the same beautiful home we live in now.

We were very picky and difficult home buyers to work with and Steve was wonderful! He searched with us as long as we needed until we found the perfect home! He even helped us with the perfect winning bid against numerous other offers which was a very stressful process that he made so much easier. I've already recommended him to one friend and will continue to recommend him to any perspective home buyers I know.

Met Steve through this company and asked for his help to sell my house. He came out, brought some comps with him, gave me some tips, then put my house on the market. He marketed it online, put a sign in the yard, a lock box on the door, and my house sold. I am now waiting to build my new home, thanks to Steve. Awesome guy and sales man.

The best there is !!! Period. Where do I start ? This guy is definitely a different cut! Prime cut if you will. Probably one of the most professional, sincere, and all around nicest guy's I've ever met. Usually, from what I've been told, folks don't have the sellers agent to represent them as the buyer. I, however, was so impressed with Steve, that I ask him to help me out. And I was "hit up" by a leat 20 different realtors, seriously. I could tell the first 2 minutes of conversation with Steve, that he was different. He was very knowledgeable and super motivated. He delt with me and my loan process for almost 4 months and remained extremely patient with it all. He certainly made my experience GREAT! I'd use him again in a heartbeat and will definitely refer him to everyone.. LOVE THIS GUY!! HONEST, HARDWORKING, KEEPS YOU IN MIND AND HEART AT ALL TIMES!!

Over all I think Steve did an outstanding job, considering I knew nothing about purchasing a house and his patients and willingness to help and work with us through the process. Steve was always available when I had questions or concerns and would either answer my question or would get a answer if he didn't know right off. It was a pleasure working with him.
