Not only did you take all the time I needed, you brought me the type of layout that I was looking for and will enjoy my home for years to come. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and you are without a doubt the most knowledgeable about the market when it comes to the rules on governing the short sale/foreclose market. Your instincts and contacts saved me on one of the deals I did not do. Your team is very professional and I thank them all.
