Our experience with Steve was perhaps the worst experience with a realtor we, or any of our friends and acquaintances, have had. Steve never called us unless we said we had an emergency, he only texted and didn't help us in making decisions or navigating the sale of our house. He always Zoom meetings or out of town engagements when we were needing to be in his office, and even at our own closing. When we discussed his lack of involvement and communication with us, he told us to "stop playing the victims" (paraphrase). Selling our house through Steve was the most difficult and stressful experience of our cross country move, and we would never recommend him to anyone. If you're looking for an agent who communicates, who is responsive, who guides you in making these large decisions, Steve Prescott is not the right fit for you.

Adrianna True paid attention to detail(s) and actually listened to me. She made every effort to find me a home in the location(s) that I wanted to be in and most of all paid attention to the price range that was best for me and not for her commission. I have purchased a number of properties over the years and I must say that Adrianna made this deal the easiest and the quickest transaction I have ever done.. I must also point out that she knew the area very well and looked out for me concerning flood plains and other possible complications. Adrianna acted at all times in the most professional and efficient manner. Another item on any buyer's check list is that she was always available to answer any and all question(s) I may have had and if she did not know the answer she was honest about it and made sure to get me the answer in a most timely manner.In my estimation she is heads above most real estate agents regardless of how many more years they may have than Adrianna.I most certainly would recommend her to anyone and should the time come I will use her again to sell my property.

Larry Gardner was the best realtor my wife & I have dealt with, by far.His professionalism, willingness, knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions - and his sense of humor - are his biggest assets.Whenever emailing or texting Larry, we could expect a rapid response, and we spoke frequently during the home purchase process.Even though as buyers we had several requests which did not meet standard realtor protocols, Larry Gardner went above and beyond in working with the seller's listing agent to get these items accomplished.From his advice concerning home inspections, to overseeing a radon mitigation system being changed from a passive system to one that reversed the pressure, and significantly reduced the radon levels in our home - Larry Gardner proved quite valuable, and he was a huge asset. We have relied on his advice from things as far ranging as home and auto insurance, suggesting a moving company, veterinary care, local places to eat, shortcuts in driving to certain destinations, etc. His personality and easy going "Cowboy Rango" nature is definitely unique, and sets him apart from other realtors. There is a reason why Larry Gardner is a top selling agent, and it is because he bends over backwards for his clients, and does the best possible job he can for every client.We were really lucky to have found Larry Gardner as our realtor. Rebecca made buying a house so enjoyable! It was easy and no stress involved! She took care of all the details, was organized, and helpful! When we needed to sign any documents she would email them to us. It was so nice to not have to go to her office and sign all the paperwork. She was detail oriented and let us know exactly when things needed to be done and where to meet to do our closing. When we needed inspections done she set up all the appointments and got us the reports as soon as they were available. It was just simple to buy our house with her!
