1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't try to find homes on your own. Utilize the services of a great real estate agent to find you neighborhoods and homes that you will be interested in. Get pre-approved before you start the process of looking for homes so you know if you can get a loan and more importantly, what price of home you qualify for.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Utilize an agent who specializes in selling listings. Ask for past client reviews. A great listing agent will offer staging advice, hire an architectural photographer at their cost and have an extensive marketing plan to share with you on how to get your home sold quickly at the best possible price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with all price points and areas. When home buyers and sellers need out help, we respond. Some agents only work in a certain price range and certain area. We are here to help anyone who needs us.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently had an elderly couple who needed to sell their home due to a recent brain injury. Although on the mend, the gentlemen was frustrated with not being able to remember things I had told him during the transaction. I made sure he knew that it was my pleasure to repeat over and over again all that they needed to do. They were a lovely couple. We got their home sold in 3 days and it closed a week early.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My wife and I began our careers in the hospitality industry working in the sale department for a 5 star hotel. Upon moving to Albuquerque in 1997, we thought going into real estate was a great choice because it combined our talents in working with people successfully and our love for real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being part of the Keller Williams family enables us to keep up with every new marketing tips and tricks and gives us access to all the state of the art technology that is necessary now to get homes sold quickly.
