By happen chance, I first came in contact with Steven Levin and his team while attempting to sell my house on my own. He was not one of the many annoying realtors that approached me with the sole purpose of gaining me as a client, and instead legitimately came to look at the property for one of his clients. I had been unsuccessful in selling this property myself, unlike the success I had with selling my two prior residences on my own. This is a different market, and things have dramatically changed since my last sale. I reached out to Steven Levin to gain feedback on the property and follow up on his clients interests. The property unfortunately didnt meet certain strict criteria for his client. He graciously provided insightful feedback, at which point I realized I was over my head, evident by only receiving real estate investor lowball offers before listing with him. The saying that if you want something done right you need to do it yourself is not always true. In this real estate climate you need a true real estate expert. Steven informed me about all the things he would change aesthetically (minor touchups, curtain removal, slight staging, lighting, etc.) and how he would uniquely market the residence. He also told me the personalized service he could provide in maintaining the property. He told me if I unlisted the property, he would need a week to prepare it for a new listing under him. During that week, he (yes, he) and his team painted entire walls to make areas look perfect where pictures once were, painted baseboards, patched holes, etc. He brought in the best photography team. He created a one of a kind Zillow showcase listing and used the marketing connections he had with Forbes. He even had realtors interested in viewing the property before we went live. Once we went live, we had nonstop showings in the first week, with potential buyers doing a second and third showing. We had an open house scheduled for the following weekend, but we never even made it to that. We received a full price offer with strict deadlines he was able to negotiate in place along with substantial earnest money deposits (one initial and second upon inspection). The property appraised appropriately and the sale closed without issue. Steven gave great advice but never pressured a decision on my end, constantly keeping me in the loop on showings and negotiations. During this dry, hot season, he filled up my pool weekly and took care of landscaping where the company I hired fell short. These may seem like small things, but it adds up. He put in countless hours for my property alone. Youd really be hard pressed to find a realtor that has the same work ethic and beneficial relationships with companies and individuals.

Steve is hands down, absolutely amazing! He is a true unicorn in the real estate world... I have sold and purchased with him and his team, and they have always exceeded my expectations. My brother and I where the personal representatives of my brother's estate. We interviewed several Realtors and they all had the same story, how we needed their help, except Steve. Steve said, "I'll take care of that, don't worry about this, I can clean out all this stuff, we need to paint that wall, I'll sell it fast, I'll get the cleaning crew, and landscaper, get you the most money and on and on and on". Within an hour of signing the listing agreement people arrived and the preparation began. Phone calls on Sunday night a 9:00 with the dumpster guy, amazing. Steve did exactly what he said he would do, cleaned the stuff out, cleaned the place, painted, advertised, professional photos, and an acceptable offer in less than 5 weeks during the Christmas holiday season. Well, all i can say is he truly is the King of real estate. No one will fight you and do more you to help with this transition then him and his team. Nicole is an asset that no other realtor has. He is not just a realator he is everything you need to get your house sold. When you enter in the contract with Steve just know you are entering in a successful one!!

This year, our rent hiked by 400 dollars. We knew we couldn't keep living here if we rented. I didn't want to leave Florida on account of my career, but it was on the table as a last resort. We tried several realtors including a HUD and got next to nowhere. Saw some places but, no hooks. One tried to get us to go forward with a bad deal, even. Steve and Nicole were 100% honest and transparent, and prioritized our finances, not theirs. Thanks to them we are escaping renting by the end of this month. It would not have been possible without them. We make good money together but this market is not kind to the average person. They had our backs the whole way through and set up bulletproof contracts to keep our interests (and bank accounts) protected. If anyone can help you find a home, it's Steve Levin. Definitely call him before rent gets worse!

Steve has the perfect Team, Tools ,and Resources necessary to overcome any obstacles that will arise through the entire process. Before I selected a real estate agent to sell my house, I did a lot of research and decided that the best choice was Steve Levin and his team! I normally don't leave reviews but this case is different! First and foremost, if your not using Steve and his team, your loosing money and time! Our house was under contract within the first day and we got well over asking for the house. Steve and his team put more effort, time, and money into selling our home which no other agent would even think about doing. Hire Steve and you can't go wrong! First class service from an amazingly talented team! I know my neighbors are wondering what happened!! Their house is still on the market and there is nothing in sight for them. I'm off to the BANK!
