About Steve Kazoleas

Originally from Brooklyn, NY where I attended elementary, High School and College I was lucky enough to be introduced to Real Estate at an early age. With more than 18 years in the Real Estate industry, I possess a well-rounded background in leasing, sales, property inspecting, management, construction and administrative processes all associated with real estate and residential properties. Additionally, I've been involved with nearly all aspects of residential real estate logistics to new business development. The skills I possess are directly through my hands on experience, having been involved in the sale of hundreds of homes. In addition to my sales experience I enjoy continuing education and gaining proffesionals certifications. Steve is the best! Upon our initial conversation, he appeared professional, honest and knowledgeable. After interviewing 5 other agents, 4 gave us the same pitch. It felt like none of them were being genuine. We decided to narrow our search to 2 realtors, one which was Steve. After our 2nd interview we knew we had to go with Steve. He explained the documents we were about to sign thoroughly and walked us through the entire process from point A-Z. During our sale there were some issues with the buyer and I feel confident writing that if it weren't for Steve we wouldn't have closed. He went well above and beyond to ensure our home closed.
