Steven is super patient, keen and very understanding. If there is another adjective for Patience, I would call it "STEVE JAMSKI". Throughout the entire buying process, Steve was always one step ahead, anticipating anything we might need to ensure a smooth closing and getting it taken care of. Steve was definitely the most impressive Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. I met him about 18 months ago, told him that I wasn't ready to buy yet, but told him my preferences and what I liked, and I would call when I was ready. Steve gave me a bunch of information about the area, and stayed in touch over the coming year. When I became interested, he sent me weekly reports on areas that interested me. We then made an appointment to look at condos, and I made an offer on that first day. Steve handled EVERYTHING, including introducing me to the person who financed the loan.
