I interviewed three Realtors whose names were given to me by friends. out of the three I selected Steve Hanson because he was PROFESSIONAL, yet down to earth. He evaluated our home, property, and accessory buildings and then explained the process, step by step, to put our home on the Market. We agreed on an asking price and his photographers, both land based and aerial, maximized our home and property.Within two days of being on the Market we had 2 offers. We accepted one which was over the asking price, but, [No fault of the realtor] it did not close. Steve rolled with it and went back to work.
