I worked with Steve to get my first property from the beginning to close, he is definately who I will recommend. I started checking houses about 2.5 months ago, randomly found Steve online and it turned out that I have made the best decision to ask him to be my agent. Steve is very professional and detail-oriented; he always comes prepared for all our house hunting trips and tells me the honest truth about the properties we checked. My wife and I were looking to purchasing a property before our son's started school. While looking online, one property came to our attention but I had few question. Steve was the agent that responded to my aid, we needed someone like Steve who is very attentive and has the best interest for his client. My wife and I are almost 6-7 hours drive to Covina. We didn't have the comfort of driving from San Francisco to Covina area to look at the properties. Steve had to be our agent to find and locate the properties we needed.
