Coming into it by purchasing a 100+ year old home when I was 19 to learn more about rehabilitating an old home to rent out. Next fixing and flipping a foreclosed home and ultimately going through the selling process for each. From there my wife and I have built our new dream home in New Prague to raise our three children. I have also since purchased a raw acreage to hunt on. Through all of this I have seen several transaction closings and learned much along the way. My past life included being a mechanical engineer for a multi billion dollar refining company and later co-founding a successful e-commerce business. Now I would like to take all of this experience and use it to help people navigate their own real estate ambitions. Ultimately getting to know them and their families and building great relationships along the way!
