I asked her to negotiate for me but she said that is not something she and would connect me to the buyer. Then I tried to get Jackie to talk to the buyer agent but she never got me the information I asked for. When she did contact me most of the homes I asked her to look at were under contract. I wouldn't recommend her I expect an agent to be able to negotiate and get back to me in a timely manner.

We had the pleasure of working with Angelo, it all started with a random showing that linked us up with him. From the first showing we felt very comfortable with the way Angelo handled his business. We took a few months off from searching for a home and during that time he would check in but never pressure us into a showing or making a decision. When it came time to get serious Angelo made himself available at all hours of the day working late into the evening to make sure our offer letter was submitted on our new home. He was very detailed oriented and made sure we were making the right decisions. He ultimately got our new home under the listing price. After we closed, Angelo kept an open line with us to help with any questions we had in our new home. Sam and the rest of the transition team were fantastic, they all made our first home purchase easy and stress free. We will 100% be contacting Angelo for any future home purchases.

We would recommend working with Angelo Caruso to find a new home. We wanted to move to Hamilton County to be closer to family. After listening to what we were looking for in our new home, he showed us houses that met our criteria in desirable neighborhoods. We thought we saw listings as soon as they hit the market, but Angelo shared the house we decided on before we even saw the listing. When touring houses, Angelo was quick to point out possible concerns. He did not rush us to decide on a house to make a quick sale, but was more concerned that it was a good fit for us. When we found that house, he got our offer quickly accepted at a fair price. We had some concerns about possession as our previous house had sold and we needed to move quickly. Angelo worked with the other realtor so the move was seamless. After moving to the area, Angelo continues to help us with movers and painters to make our relocation easy. Angelo is always pleasant and prompt in responding to our calls and texts. We will certainly recommend Angelo Caruso to friends and family.

We had a great experience with the Steve Clark Team! We found Angelo through Zillow when we were house hunting and decided to stick with him. He was very communicative and quick to respond, any day or night. Were going to use him to help us sell as well and have every confidence in him. Gave him a 4 for negotiation only because we went with a new build that didnt really have a lot of room for it, not his fault, but cant speak to that side of things nearly as well. The Steve Clark team has also been great and I love their email updates and that the hose occasional social events for their clients.

Angelo is the best. When I was looking for a house last year he was consistently kind and knowledgeable, and he was understanding when I had to put the house search on hold for a little while. Occasionally he would still shoot a text to update me on some available homes, never to be pushy but to keep me informed. A year later I independently found out about a friend who was selling their house at a good price, but I needed to move on it fast. Angelo was exactly what I needed.
