What clients say about this agent....
Steve Bizzaro was great throughout the process. We decided to downsize. So purchased a new villa and sold our old home. Steve and all the staff at Howard Hanna were there for us every step of the way. Steve was very knowledgeable not only about the housing situation in the area but also about financing and the many other parts of the process. Steve's assistant, Lena was always there for us and did a great job of supporting us through the process. I would certainly recommend Steve Bizzaro and Howard Hanna for all your realty needs.
Steve Bizarro was highly recommended by a friend as someone who was professional, experienced, and relatable. He did not disappoint. From the first meeting until closing, Steve and his team kept us informed, explaining every step along the process of selling our home. He has an incredible group of people who work with him- a decorator, a painter, housecleaners, photographer -plus people from the community who Steve calls on in a pinch. We had a plumbing issue- no problem. We needed yard work- no problem. New countertops-done. We were able to leave our house keys with Steve, and move to our new home out of state, knowing all would be in the best hands. Steve is not only the best realtor we could have found, he is a great guy!
Steve has been great to work with! Very professional and offers extensive services such as videos and brochures of your home, very nice broker open house plus we were able to close in his office ahead of the scheduled closing date.
Steve assisted us in purchasing our first home from start to finish. From the very beginning he was able to identify the best neighborhoods for our needs/wants. Throughout the entire process he (and his fabulous team) were very prompt in their responses and were able to get us into every property that we asked to tour.Throughout the bidding process, Steve always took extra time to review each step and answer all of the first time home buyer questions. He always made sure that we were completely prepared and understood the process.Once we found a home, Steve was able to refer us to credible and honest inspectors that gave us an a thorough overview of the property. Once inspections were received Steve used the information in order for us to receive the appropriate compensation.
I absolutely loved working with Gabe. I have zero complaints! She was so knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and always was on our team putting in the work for us! This was my first experience buying a home and Gabe really walked me through it and made it a priority to be sure I was educated on every aspect of the process! No question was ever to small or silly. I would recommend working with Gabe and the rest of the team to anyone!
Well, when I met with Steve, he really impressed me. I thought I had the right person to sell my property in a highly desirable area at a very active time. Having bought 7 houses and sold 6 in different parts of the country, I really felt Steve was the right choice. When Steve moved from Cressy & Everett to Howard Hanna, I didn't ask to change the realtor, instead stayed with Steve. The issues I had with Steve are 3 fold. 1) He chose his terms for frequency and content of communication. There were multiple instances when I had to express my displeasure at the lack of communication- either the response and/or content. 2) When offers were hard to come by, it felt like Steve was trying to get the property off-loaded. He would say that there were traffic, folks interested but then no follow ups and follow through were to be pursued by me. 3) After the property was sold, Steve made the comment "when everyone looses, someone else wins" or something like that. Then he went on to say that he knew it was a low-ball offer that we should have countered better, wasn't sure, but we definitely could have gotten a better deal, etc. For a person who is in the top #3 in South Bend statiing that he wasn't sure and he didn't know how to deal with the situation and didn't know the other agent, etc. was a final nail in the coffin. Well, Steve probably lost only several hundreds in the low-deal, but I lost several 10s of thousands. Steve wasn't apologetic, and never tried to contact us later on; even as a courtesy. I cannot honestly refer or recommend Steve to someone else. I believe I made a mistake this time in choosing my realtor to sell. And the sad part is, a realtor for buying is less critical than for selling- and I made that mistake.

Thanks to Mr. Bizzaro's team including Sarah and Gabe, I could successfully sell my house. As a first time home seller, I had no idea how I can go though all the details of the process, such as cleaning, staging, listing, showing, negotiating, communicating with potential buyers. Mr. Steve's team did an amazing work for us and I could reduce my psychological pressure and burden. They would response any kinds of questions or comments immediately with full of sincerity. They showed their dedications to my asking or questions. Specifically, Mr. Steve was very patient and professional, Mrs. Sarah was so friendly and well organized so I could share any my concerns or questions with them without any hesitation. Amazingly, Gabe was "a good listener", so she did her best every single time when I had any kinds of issues regarding showing. In addition, they did a phenomenal job when we already did "out of country" moving and they consistently and enthusiastically communicated with us and guided us which way we can go. I really appreciate their help and I strongly recommend Mr. Bizzaro's team for any potential buyers sellers. Thank you so much!!!
Highly recommend! Steve found me my first starter home 6 years ago, then helped me upgrade to a bigger home this year. He also sold the starter home for me in record time! Steve has helped other members in my family buy and sell also, and they have had good experiences too.
Steve. Is a great professional realtor. He not only helped us find our home when we relocated back to the area 11 years ago he also sold our home when the time came to downsize. The recent sale of our home was a challenging deal and he still made the process seem easy. He really understands the process and can help both buyers and sellers. We are very happy repeat customers.
