About Steve Baklaich

Great service, listening, responding to a client's needs and questions and answering the phone, and email and texts are just a few of the working principals of my job. I was raised up in the business by great teachers, instilled with the Code of Ethics, and a desire to serve and educate. I do not sell homes. I help Buyers make smart decisions (they already want to buy a home, which is why they came to me in the first place), and provide them with good information, and timely service to find their home, find a good lender, negotiate the deal, and get through the closing. If you're selling, pricing strategy and timing are important, together with marketing, negotiating and managing the transaction process to assure your sale goes smoothly with no added expenses.
