Five stars is not enough! Weve worked with Steve Baker on-and-off for years and cannot say enough good things about the experience. But its what happened this summer that really stands out. We bought an older waterfront property which we knew needed some seemingly straightforward restoration. To make a long story short, there were complications no one could anticipate aEUR" e.g. public records turned out to be incorrect aEUR" which could have tied us up in a very messy and protracted situation.
