Stephen has tremendous experience in selling a wide variety of real estate products, representing both sellers & buyers to become a multi-million dollar producer. This breadth of experience includes: new home sales, listing & selling primary residences, listing & selling vacant land, listing & selling luxury homes, investment properties, rentals, and real estate development parcels. Continued education and advancement of his skills will be a lifelong journey for Stephen to always stay current with market trends, industry changes, and to provide his clients with the best service possible. Already a Graduate of the REALTOR(C) Institute (GRI), Stephen's experience in real estate is first-rate from selling entry-level homes to nearly $3,000,000 luxury homes. In addition to earning his GRI, Stephen has also earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and received the e-PRO Certification of advanced online real estate knowledge. While part of a larger brokerage, Stephen provides personal attention to every client, working alongside his wife and fellow Long Realty agent, Angela Greynolds.
