Stephen has tremendous experience in selling a wide variety of real estate products, representing both sellers & buyers to become a multi-million dollar producer. This breadth of experience includes: new home sales, listing & selling primary residences, listing & selling vacant land, listing & selling luxury homes, investment properties, rentals, and real estate development parcels. Already a Graduate of the REALTOR(C) Institute (GRI), Stephen's experience in real estate is first-rate from selling entry-level homes to nearly $3,000,000 luxury homes. In addition to earning his GRI, Stephen has also earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and received the e-PRO Certification of advanced online real estate knowledge. While part of a larger brokerage, Stephen provides personal attention to every client, working alongside his wife and fellow Long Realty agent, Angela Greynolds.

We had an amazing experience with Stephen. It was our first home purchase and he helped us through every step. He is extremely responsive and organized. He checked in a lot with us, explained a lot of things that we didnt understand as first-time home buyers, and was extremely honest which we appreciated. We moved from out of state and he made it so easy for us. Hoping my parents will move out soon and my father met him and said what a great guy and realtor he was and said he would absolutely use him if they decide to move. Couldnt be happier! What always impressed me about Stephen was his thoroughness. He would write long emails with his thoughts on the housing situation and took a lot of care to get things right the first time. Hes a great photographer and the process with him was always very easy. Id definitely recommend him to my friends. Although we were unable to sell my condo at the time, I attribute that to the market climate and the price point I was looking for.
