We were very pleased with how Steve and Kari Sether handled the sale of our home in Dayton. They also helped us find the perfect lot and the perfect builder to build our new home in Ham Lake. The whole process took about a year, but they were super patient! They were knowledgeable, kind, caring, and treated us like family. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Having an experienced buyer's representative to help guide you through the entire process. Make sure to choose someone who is attentive to your needs and provides excellent communication.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Choose an experienced Realtor that will perform all the necessary marketing activities to sell your home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. Get a home pricing evaluation. Declutter and be ready for open houses and showings.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyers, sellers and investors. Single family homes, townhomes, new construction. land purchases and recreational/lakefront properties.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Helping Pat and Kate to sell their executive home and finding them a gorgeous property with a reputable builder to achieve their dream home. They are now family to us.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

When I saw how successful and satisfied my wife was in her new real estate career, I decided to join her.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

30+ years in sales, finance and management lets me provide my expertise in negotiations, closing transactions and offering premium customer care to our clients.
