About Stephen Remondini

As the youngest member of the Upper Peninsula real estate team at Wild Rivers Realty, I have demonstrated a valuable ability to relate to first time home buyers, helping navigate their first home buying experience. I graduated from West Iron County High School, later attended Gogebic Community College, majoring in business, and attended the Holloway Institute where I earned a Michigan real estate license. When I joined Wild Rivers Realty and Associates in 2014. Working with buyers and sellers, I earned recognition as being the Top Producer for Wild Rivers Realty for 2018 with volume of over 5 million in sales with 60.5 transactions sold. Other recognitions include: million-dollar producer in my first full year, multi million dollar producer every other year as a licensed sales associate at Wild Rivers Realty! Stephen went above and my beyond as my real estate agent. He kept me up to date on the house which I really appreciated as I moved out of state. Stephen is one of the friendliest and hardest working people I've ever met. He listed and sold our house in Iron River, MI for us, and he was the perfect realtor to do so. From the second we listed it, he was available for any questions and was willing to help us through the process from start to finish. We ran into some issues with the title on our house that we were unaware of. Thankfully, Stephen found out about this for us right away and we were able to get the issues resolved prior to closing. We wouldn't have known about the issues otherwise. Without him, we wouldn't have been able to sell this house. He's amazing at what he does and he was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He kept us in the loop and we always knew what was going on with the showings and offers.
