We got in touch with Stephen on a Friday afternoon, and by Monday, we had found the house we ended up buying. Not only was he super responsive and willing to work with our schedules, but he was also enthusiastic, kind, and prepared every time we saw a house with him. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing. Within days, Stephen educated us on the process of buying a home and shared very helpful pieces of information about each home we saw (about finishes, location, utilities, DIY projects, etc.) to aid in our decision. Ultimately, Stephen helped us write a winning offer, and we closed in less than a month with a price we were comfortable with. I would recommend Stephen to any home buyer, but especially to a first-time home buyer who knows little about the process. He has an enormous amount of resources he provides at every step of the way (checklists for every step in home buying, vendor recommendations, etc.). He was so fun to work with, and he was instrumental in our purchase of our very first home.

We were searching for a condo in Athens, and Stephen's name came up as a buyer's agent. He contacted us within minutes and was very flexible with his schedule. We came in from out of town on a Saturday, and did a marathon tour of about 9 down-selected properties.
