Our experience with Jen Simrall has been nothing short of magnificent, her disposition to help us with her knowledge and expertise from the beginning until the end of the entire process was off the charts. Ever since we got connected through Zilllow she made herself available at any point we needed her to start the house hunting process and would be on top of every possible prospect home to send to us to evaluate and visited in person if we needed to. Jen listed and sold my house in West Hills, within days of placing it on the market. She brought a strong buyer and escrow closed in a few weeks. That was amazingly fast, during the holiday season. She has a great personality and did a wonderful job at hosting and showing my property, under rainy and muddy conditions. Especially, while running between the main house and the ADU(separate garage conversion). She recruited her husband to place protection, from muddy foot traffic, on my floors.
