He had multiple resources, experts, plumbers, contractors to confer with and get second opinions. Smart, Honest and straight forward without being harsh. Positive while being realistic. Just a nice person who is easy to work with. We are excited to work with him again. We would recommend him to everyone.We sold our house after moving to California. Selling a house is complicated enough without having to do it from another state. We had to get several major repairs done to the house before the bank would move forward. I was often calling stressed out trying to haggle with major construction and contractors from so far away.
