Stephen, originally from the DC area, specifically Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, relocated to Surf City in 2017. There, he fell in love with the coastal community and embraced it as his new home. Beyond professional endeavors, Stephen is deeply involved with his church, "The Gathering, Surf City." where he actively contributes to the spiritual growth and well-being of the congregation. Having a background primarily in the service and hospitality industry, Stephen honed his people skills in restaurants, working as a server and bartender. However, his passion for real estate led him to obtain his North Carolina real estate license in January 2022. His innate drive and determination paid off, as he successfully sold three properties within his first year. Encouraged by the early success, Stephen decided to channel all his energy and expertise into commercial real estate. When he's not busy with work, Stephen indulges in various activities that enrich his personal life. He finds solace and exhilaration in surfing, golfing, and exploring new destinations. Additionally, he values the significance of socializing and cherishes the connections he forms with others in his community.
