Stephen Bayconich was a Queens resident for many years and currently resides in Massapequa. He attended Queens Borough College in Bayside studying Business Administration. He is an experienced, Licensed registered Realtor with (NAR -National Assoc. Realtors) and (LIBOR- L.I. Board of Realtors). His Real Estate education holds two focal designations that execute a Clients wants and needs from these Certified courses. One is titled (Sellers Representative Specialist-SRS), for Listing properties and the other is (Certified Buyers Representative-CBR), helping Buyers negotiate and secure their desired properties. He has traveled extensively within NYC, Upstate and many states on the Eastern Seaboard for business, pleasure, observing local cultures and their amenities each neighborhood has to offer.
