During the phone call we provided a brief on the budget, locations, and home styles after that he sent us over a few recommendations twice every week and if one of interest, he was very flexible on arranging a time to view the home. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of construction he was willing to tell me everything that needed work in houses that we would go see, he would point out major flaws on houses that I would have missed if it weren't for Stephen. Stephen was not just trying to make a sale, he was also looking out for me and my family so that we didn't get into a bad deal and I am grateful for that. This was not the first property I buy, so I have worked with other realtors and not all of them know what they are doing nor advise you to not get into a bad deal.
