Prior to me putting an offer on a home he game me pages of information about the home and its neighborhood. The biggest plus was that he wanted me and my family to feel comfortable about the home prior to making an offer. Its almost like he was my family. He told us up front that his main job was to find us a home and to be 100 percent happy with it. I have no bad remarks about Stephen. I would highly recommend him to anybody. I greatly appreciate all the hard work he put into finding us that perfect home.

Buying a home can be very stressful and tedious at many different moments especially when youre coming from a different state and have no clue about the state youre purchasing in. You can sometimes think about a question late in the evening, a question that would keep you up until you ask your realtor. Not with Mr. Stephen all you have to do is reach out and he will respond quickly morning or evening. He made himself very available to us with an open door policy. Not only was he available at all times he made us feel comfortable in stressful moments. He never said anything that he couldnt deliver on. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, and personable. I couldnt ask for a better realtor!!! I would definitely keep him in mind for all future businesses deals in real estate and recommend him highly to friends and family. He made buying our home an incredible experience.

We felt he had her back and kept us updated every step of the way. Before the home was listed, he provided an overview of the sales process to set expectations, preventing "surprises." He made sure the home looked impeccable before the photoshoot. He went above the norm by having HD photos, a virtual tour (not a slide show), and provided a 2D and 3D dollhouse for buyers to see the floorplan. He was patient and kind with my mother-in-law during the process, and he was there for her after the sale was completed. I highly recommend him to others looking for a patient, knowledgeable and kind agent.
