About Stephen Aranda

After a successful career as an opera singer, I was looking for a change. I got into real estate in the year 2000 when my wife and I bought our first home - a small fixer in Eagle Rock. The renovation process was so satisfying - and profitable - that I vowed to do more. I and a group of partners began to take dilapidated properties, neighborhood eyesores and transform them into clean, safe, affordable homes with a sense of style. Renovating and investing led me to lending, and eventually realty. So today, I help people at any point in the process. If you want to learn how to flip...I can teach you. During the course of literally thousands of transactions since I began working in real estate, I have gained a unique perspective that I am happy to share. I also love dogs, cinema, outdoors, bushcraft, cycling, cooking and brazilian jiujitsu. Today, I live in Beautiful Altadena, CA near the Foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Steve was phenomenal in getting our house in Highland Park closed. I talked to him prior to considering selling the house, and he gave me options to maximize the sale price. He hit it right on the money. I live in orange county and the house was in LA, he took care of everything from communicating with our property management/tenants, all of the inspectors, and escrow. This was the easiest real estate sale I've ever gone through. All paperwork was digital so it did not take time away from work or other things, which was a blessing as my job duties became overwhelming. Steve helped us sell a property that two realtors were unable to do previously. He is knowledgeable and was very effective in getting results in a timely manner. His marketing techniques helped us price the property with the current market rate,which enabled us to get several offers on the property. This was something the other realtors did not do. He also took time and patients with helping us understand the escrow process. Once the property was sold ,he also took time to follow up with us,making sure we were satisfied with his work .All in all we felt very fortunate that we choose him as our relator.
