I suffered through two terrible realtors in Louisville before I found Stephannie. I was in KY for a month house shopping and kept losing out on houses due to an inexperienced realtor. I reached out to Stephanie after reading her history (excellent experience, leadership roles, etc.), and she was able to view homes with me at the last minute. We put in an offer on one house two days before I was scheduled to leave, and thanks to how she positioned the offer, we beat out eight other folks! I am an out of state buyer, moving to Louisville, and she was able to coordinate a remote closing and take care of the walk-through for me.
