I can say without a doubt that she was one of the best agents that I have had the pleasure of working with.Most agents can sell a turnkey, gorgeous home at an attractive price; However it takes an agent with the creativity and marketing skills that Stephanie has in order to sell a 'problem' home in the middle of a pandemic. That is exactly what she has done for me and she did it quickly!Stephanie recognized that the home that I needed to sell was not for everyone. It was fixer-upper that would need to be targeted to specific buyers who could see the potential of the property, and who wouldn't be afraid to roll up the sleeves. Furthermore, she needed to sell my home during a real estate slowdown because of the Covid19, a buyers-market in which the odds were against me. Surpassing all of my expectations, within days of the listing she was able to get a cash buyer at the price I wanted AND who wanted to close immediately.I would like to stress this point in my review, not only did Stephanie sell my property soo fast that it made my head spin, she found the right buyer that made this sale a complete WIN-WIN for the buyer as well as myself. That is extremely difficult to do, especially with a home with some 'blemishes'.I hope this review comes across as GLOWING, because I sure meant it to be. Stephanie exceeded all of my expectations and I'll know she'll do a great job for you.

Stephanie was fairly new to the process when my house was listed, but always went above and beyond to find out answers as she gained experience. She is from the area and knows the community of Gothenburg and beyond very well. Anytime I needed to contact Stephanie, she responded with "lightning" speed to answer my questions or let me know when she would get back to me. I had to leave the area before my property sold, but was very pleased how she worked to make the closing happen.
