I'm not even sure where to begin with how wonderful Stephanie is and that if your in the market to buy or rent that you want her on your side. We just purchased a home and she was a huge role in our dream becoming a reality. From day one her positive energy was contagious and her knowledge in the field was very evident. My case was a fixed income low credit score scenario and I honestly thought I was just going to get a list of things I needed to fix to even look at a house but then we met Stephanie. After having a few other realtors try to help us and the circus we went through with them, on a chance phone call to one of her listings everything from that day turned around. My case got a bit complicated and took more time then normal to settle but she stuck right by our side the whole way through the process and got the job done. When selling you home there are always a few surprises and challenges. I knew this when the For Sale sign went up on my home and the showings began to book up. The first day of the showings, we had a few hurdles to get over. But Stephanie was there to guide the process along and bring together several offers within days of the first showing, that ultimately got me full asking price for my home.
