He showed us several vacant land properties in La Veta and Cuchara that were all appealing. We made good use of time visiting those. For the property we chose to buy, a little south of La Veta, he had a nice vision of where and how we could possibly add a house to it in the future, which we're currently proceeding with. He also helped us navigate a water line easement document, get in touch with nearby neighbors, and get access to a neighborhood gate after the sale. For being a young realtor, he was extremely patient, helpful, understanding, you name it, not once did he have an attitude on anything, he was always positive and helpful. We can't wait to get settled in our new place and start inviting him over to dinner with us, he's like an adopted child all of a sudden.
