Daniel responded quickly to initial questions, and knows the real estate and people in La Veta, CO very well. He showed us several vacant land properties in La Veta and Cuchara that were all appealing. We made good use of time visiting those. For the property we chose to buy, a little south of La Veta, he had a nice vision of where and how we could possibly add a house to it in the future, which we're currently proceeding with. He also helped us navigate a water line easement document, get in touch with nearby neighbors, and get access to a neighborhood gate after the sale. Daniel also knows the community and history of the area, and passed some of that to us, which added to the fun of being there.

James put up with us for over a year looking for a new home to move in to. We told him which areas we were interested in and our price range, he provided all the above without trying to throw in anything more than what we were asking for, that is a huge plus as neither he or ourselves are wasting time. When we decided we wanted to look at this property, he was there every bit of the way from the beginning to the end, and helped us out a lot with things we could have done being out of town, but he did that stuff for us. For being a young realtor, he was extremely patient, helpful, understanding, you name it, not once did he have an attitude on anything, he was always positive and helpful. We can't wait to get settled in our new place and start inviting him over to dinner with us, he's like an adopted child all of a sudden. When we had questions on anything, he immediately responded with answers to help us out in every way he could, he always met up with us on time whenever we wanted to look at something, walked around with us, answered any questions we had.
