From the time I spoke to her til it was sold was less than 3 months. It went by very fast and Stephanie made the process very understandable. She communicated every step and answered every question, no matter what it was. I would recommend her to anyone for buying or selling. And Ill go back to her if the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIEDSteph had wonderful customer service and did everything we asked of her within the same day. She welcomed our feedback and made adjustments accordingly in regard to looking for homes and during negotiations for the sale. The only reason I put "extensive" for local knowledge is because she was still learning the market in Gillette (i.e. whether or not seller's were typically paying for closing costs, having buyer's pay closing costs, or splitting closing costs). That being said, this is something that any realtor learns the more they do :) Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and I would, and have, recommend her to others!
