We worked with Stephanie for almost 2 years trying to buy a new home during what is probably the craziest time to buy in the last decade. She was very patient with us, finding out exactly what we were looking for and walking us through countless offers during the recent market wildness. She's very responsive and able to handle most documents electronically which is very convenient. After we finally got an offer accepted we swapped over to home selling where she really shone through for us.She walked through our house with us and pointed out all the little things we should improve to get ready for the showings. Then her team came in and staged and took pictures that had the place looking fantastic. She set up showings and the open house and we were fortunate enough to have multiple offers right out the gate. The timing couldn't have worked out better for us and she walked us through every step of the process to keep us all informed. Hopefully I never move again, but would definitely use Stephanie if I did and highly recommend her for both buying and selling.

Stephanie blew us away from our first meeting! We had never sold a home before and she was very thorough + thoughtful to explain each step along the way. Due to the pandemic, our move was delayed and she was diligent in keeping contact throughout the year to check on our plans. Once we were ready to move forward, she always made sure to make us feel like we were her only client (in reality the market was insane and she was swamped!). She wasn't as familiar with our local market but she did her research to make sure she was always one step ahead (with comps, etc). Excellent job with working with us to create a plan for showings that worked with our schedule but also allowed for our house to get the most views. Great job during the bid/negotiation process. Can't say enough good things. Very professional and kind!
