We used Stephanie when we bought our home and we had such an amazing experience that when we decided to sell it and purchase a new home we knew exactly who we were going to call. She is an amazing realtor. She truly cares about her clients and you know she has your best interests at heart and you're not just an opportunity to make money. She is very responsive. Any time we had any questions she was quick to give us a call or text with an answer or let us know she would find out the answer. You feel like you're the only client she's working with even though you know you're one of many. Stephanie is one of the best at what she does and she's just an amazing person! Honesty and integrity should be a key tenant in business. Stephanie was our buyers agent on a property in Searcy. She was difficult to get a hold of most of the time. The only time she became more responsive was when we expressed to her that the deal was falling through. Stephanie was supposed to represent our interests in this deal but we believe she purposefully omitted obvious floor and substructure/foundation issues with the property. We were trying to buy the house sight unseen. Thankfully, we hired an inspector that told us of the obvious damage immediately. Stephanie said she had not noticed the damage but the sellers agent is her colleague with REMAX( Kathi Merritt). She sent us videos of the entire house except for where the obvious damage was. We believe they purposefully deceived us. Furthermore, Stephanie had scheduled two inspectors for the same day on the same home and one was chosen and the other had wasted his time and was sent home.
