She helped us along through a long, tiresome house search and when we finally found our home, she consistently supported us through the follow up as financials got in order and contracts were drawn, up until signing day where she was there with us. She was always very quick to respond to both calls and and email, and would always be able to schedule visits to upcoming properties, since they rarely stay on the market long enough for there to even be an open house. She was extremely knowledgeable on what to look for in houses, what to avoid, locations to be mindful of, and plenty of other things we would not have thought of. She knows a lot about the area, has lots of connections throughout the area and industry. She guided me through the negotiation process and then scheduled and participated in a lengthy and time consuming inspection process. This was particularly helpful as I was not able to be present for these inspections. She continued to provide referrals for contractors/foundation experts to repair things that needed to be addressed and has continued to be an amazing resource even after closing.
