First time home buyer here: Nothing compares to the fear of the unknown. Having a good realtor is the goal but finding Mike was truly unexpected. This man makes himself available and will bend over backwards for you. My wife and I couldn't have been more relaxed or happier with anyone else throughout what typically is a stressful time. Our experience was fast and honestly ended too soon. Mike was always knowledgeable and honest. Was up front and wasn't afraid point out a bad deal if he saw it. 11/10 would work with him again! Mike! Keep in touch man. Wanted a realtor, but got a beautiful house and a friend instead.

On the first day of 2024, my journal prompt asked, "In your wildest dreams, what do you hope to achieve or experience over the next 12 months?" I wrote about buying a home, but I never imagined that this would be possible. I had already consulted with multiple lenders at this point who had turned me away for not having enough savings for a a down payment. On a whim one day in October, I reached out to Rani to have a consultation. From our first conversation, I knew that he was someone I wanted to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about different grants and loan programs that previous realtors/lenders never informed me of. After one meeting with Rani, I started to feel that my goal was actually in reach. I literally went from being hopeless about buying a house to closing on my dream home in less than 6 weeks, and I cannot thank Rani enough for this. He was extremely responsive throughout the process, often scheduling showings within the same day of me requesting them. He was also so helpful in my decision-making, pointing things out about potential homes that would be important in weighing my decision. I always felt comfortable and supported because Rani made the process so smooth and seamless, communicating effectively between all parties involved. Even after the purchase was finished and I was moved in, Rani has continued to be a support for me and has gone above and beyond to make this experience nothing but positive. At the end of the day, not only did I find an amazing realtor, but I've also made an amazing friend!
