Rani gets things done. We met on 1/9, my offer was accepted on 1/12, and on 2/18 I closed on my new home. We had some complicated things to navigate and he absolutely exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I was also an out of state buyer and he has been extraordinarily helpful and resourceful with everything from financing to local contacts to the logistics of moving. Whenever Ive needed anything hes been there. He made the whole process go so smoothly and quickly and was absolutely wonderful to work with. If youre feeling uncertain about whether you can afford to buy a house you like and you need someone with expertise in Philly real estate who is in your corner 100%, you seriously cannot do better.

First time home buyer here: Nothing compares to the fear of the unknown. Having a good realtor is the goal but finding Mike was truly unexpected. This man makes himself available and will bend over backwards for you. My wife and I couldn't have been more relaxed or happier with anyone else throughout what typically is a stressful time. Our experience was fast and honestly ended too soon. Mike was always knowledgeable and honest. Was up front and wasn't afraid point out a bad deal if he saw it. 11/10 would work with him again! Mike! Keep in touch man. Wanted a realtor, but got a beautiful house and a friend instead.
