Stephanie was fabulous!! My husband and I needed to sell our condo in Illinois while living in Colorado and would have never been able to do it so quickly and efficiently without Stephanie's help. She provided us with great recommendations for what we needed to do to get our condo ready to sell, while not being unreasonable. She recommended a great painter, handy man, cleaning service and carpet cleaning service that were all reasonable and did a fantastic job. She was very familiar with the area and helped us determine a selling price based on what had recently sold in the area and we had a buyer in just 2 days! I would absolutely recommend Stephanie! Stephanie was recommended to me by a friend when I needed to sell my town home. In turn, I will be recommending her to everybody I know who needs to buy or sell a home. I cannot say enough good things about her! She is absolutely the best. I was nervous and filled with questions and doubts about selling my place in a timely manner, but the minute I sat down and talked with Steph about the process, I was put at ease and knew I didn't need to talk to anybody else.
