I had a 70ish year old Veteran looking for his first home to purchase. The perfect home presented itself and we jumped on it. I knew God was in it. When my buyer recognized the same, it brought tears to his eyes. He had plans to put up a fence for a new dog, a place for a workshop, remodeling inside. It was such a blessing to see him become like a child at Christmas with his new home!

Being an Accredited Buyer's Representative has helped me to educate my buyers better about the buying process, strategizing the offer to get the client the best deal, and how best to get them to the closing table. Being a Seller Representative Specialist helps me educate sellers on what to expect from the market, how to prepare their home for sale, and expectations for the selling process. I have also taken the Pricing Strategy Advisor course which benefits my buyers and sellers.
