Give me a call. We can get you set up with a reputable lender and get you qualified to buy your home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Give me a call. I can do a market analysis of comparable sales in your area. Then schedule a walk through with you of your home and make suggestions to help your home show better and therefore sell more quickly.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of buyers, from first time home buyers, to those downsizing or those needing more room to investors. This business requires me to have knowledge in all these areas to best serve my clients.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love working with first time home buyers. Seeing the joy and being part of making the dream a reality is the best part of my job!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started selling real estate in 2005, but I have been in the business as a marketing director, trainer and mentor since 1995.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Having been a marketing director helps me in getting listings advertised quickly and in more places. I am also a mentor and help with training with newer agents.
