Paulie first reached out to us when we were requesting to tour a place on Trulia. She was very communicative and reached out whenever a situation arised. She also helped us negotiate a lower price and taught us the general process of purchasing a home (as a first-time home owner). Paulie is always willing to help out and explain the situation when we were confused about something and always asked to be updated about where we stand in the process.
