We had to back out of that one because of hidden flood plane information, Stephanie recovered all moneys for me. Then we found it and when we left she said, this is it! As a first time buyer, I nervously and excitedly agreed and she submitted the offer that afternoon, the house wasn't even officially on the market yet. Negotiations and inspections went well, I felt safe with Stephanie. I am so glad to have worked with her for my first home purchase and I know who I'm calling for my next move and who I will recommend to my friends and family.
