I Thought I wanted a condo...maybe a townhome...I didn't want a house, or at least I thought I didn't want a house. Basically, I didn't know what I wanted. We looked at hundreds of places, I was very picky, and Stephanie listened and delivered, staying within parameters that I discovered along the way. She always kept a positive spirit and and curious approach. When I decided that I wanted a house that I could rent part of, it wasn't long before we found one. We had to back out of that one because of hidden flood plane information, Stephanie recovered all moneys for me. Then we found it and when we left she said, this is it! As a first time buyer, I nervously and excitedly agreed and she submitted the offer that afternoon, the house wasn't even officially on the market yet. Negotiations and inspections went well, I felt safe with Stephanie. I am so glad to have worked with her for my first home purchase and I know who I'm calling for my next move and who I will recommend to my friends and family. At our first meeting, Stephanie picked me up from the airport. As soon as I hugged her neck I knew she was the agent for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things (neighborhood, school, community, city, restaurants, etc) and truly listened to our needs. She was patient, honest, direct and thorough.
