Stephanie was a fantastic realtor! She had great knowledge of the area, having grown up around here, and was very prompt and friendly with her interactions. She was able to negotiate property prices well, and did a great job helping us at every step. The only improvement I would say, is she didn't really show us too many homes that we liked (either too small, outside of budget, etc.)
