There isnt a way to give more than 5 stars?I called Stephanie and I told her I wanted to list my house. After that short phone call, I listed my house with Stephanie and never looked back. Ok, I looked back once... when the moving truck was pulling away from my sold house!Stephanie had a list of comps ready to help me price my house competitively as well as get as much as a could for it.
