Stephanie was sent from Heaven, truly. I called her and gave her a 1 day notice to list our house for sale. It had to be done quickly for our relocation. She didn't hesitate - She was at my house that afternoon and worked her magic. She told us how to stage our home to make sure it was ready to go on the market. She stayed for 3.5 hours that day. (The previous realtor I talked to about our sale stayed for all of 15 minutes, walked around and left) Stephanie doesn't just walk in and tell you what to do and then leave. Stephanie has helped our family both purchase and sell a home in the Peoria area.
