1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start by interviewing agents to help you. It's vital you know the market and what is going on to make the best offer and a great agent is the way to do that. Also, get connected with a great lender to get your preapproval started (your agent can recommend lenders they know and trust).
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price right and stage well! You don't want to overprice in this market as you want to create the most activity when you take your home live. Additionally, you want want potentially buyers see to be the best first impression of your house so staging well is important.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients including growing families, those downsizing, people moving to Indiana and out of Indiana.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We recently were able to help a family moving here for a job relocation. They were very stressed in the process but we were able to help them see homes virtually while they were away and get a great offer on the home they wanted. There were some difficulties with the seller through move out but we walked with them through each step, providing advice and recommendations as needed. We have stayed connected with them as friends and they are getting settled well into their home!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After working for my sorority, I got a job as an administrative assistant to a real estate agent. I was driven and wanted the opportunity to do more and make more and went out on my own soon after.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
We have tons of experience across our team with backgrounds from property management to corporate to cultural to help our clients in a variety of ways.
