Stephen began helping us buy a home in Show Low, AZ in Nov, 2021. After two months of searching ( found homes, but they were sold immediately), he contacted us in Jan 2022 about a home that was on the market twice but fell through both times (this was one of the homes we desired). We jumped on it, offered full price and are now in our home as of Feb, 11th. Stephen stayed with us the whole way. As we were an 8 hr drive, he did a video tour with us. We came up to see it in person before we closed and it felt right. Hes personable, flexible and answers his phone promptly as we had many questions. Excellent communication skills. Would use his services again!
