Selling your moms house, that she's lived in for 41 years, where you were born and raised, packed to the brim with memories (and STUFF) and moving her to a facility- is excruciating. Stephanie was amazing. She is kind and caring and helped me through the whole process. Emotionally and technically. She helped me price the home and compare with others in the area. I felt comfortable i was doing the right thing for my mom which was most important to me. Stephanie went out of her way to help me when it came to letting in inspectors, meeting utility companies and cleaning people as I wasn't always able to get there.Steph was easy to communicate with through whatever channel I needed to reach her on (Text, call, email) and had qualified professionals to work with me through the process to keep everything as simple as can be.
