She helped us every step during the process of finding a home, putting in our bid, finding the right people during the buying process and on our closing date. She provided listings in all of the areas we were looking. She walked us through home viewings and gave her professional opinion on each house with pros, cons and numbers. Once the buying process began, she gave us a list of home inspectors and loan companies that would help get us to our closing date. During our closing, she answered any questions we had and provided us with a list of vendors for when we moved into our new home. I dont know if I can fit on one review just how amazing it has been working with Stephanie! I have known Wade Delk (Magnolia Realty) through a family friend for years and when I called him because were looking for a house he sent me to Stephanie as he works in a different area and Stephanie is more familiar with the area we were moving to. When we started working with her, it was a time when houses were posted for an hour and an offer was made. I checked Zillow religiously for houses and I would find one that had been posted 30 minutes ago, send it to Stephanie and she would set up tours for that day. She was so on top of everything and so incredibly responsive! We currently live out of state so everything was done virtually and she kept us informed the whole time. When we would view homes she would tell us if anything seemed concerning, she would show us cracks in the mortar and tell us what it means based on its appearance so we knew if foundation issues might be a concern, she was just so incredibly in depth. When we finally were putting in offers she walked us through everything and explained it so well! She told us what things would make our offer stand out (my husband is military so it can be hard to make a VA loan competitive). Then throughout the closing process she was literally an angel. Working insanely late hours answering questions for us and helping us out. When our first lender backed out at the last minute (3 days after we were given the all clear for closing and a day before we were going to close). She got us in touch with a local lender that for us through pre-qualification-full underwriting in less than 2 weeks. I sincerely cannot rave enough about Stephanie, I did not know that realtors do so much! I am truly thankful for the opportunity to have her as my realtor.
