My first time buying a home was nothing but amazing! Stephanie was on it from beginning to end, she held my hand the whole way through. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had at any time of day. The home buying process was so easy because of her!

Stephanie had a very different and unique style compared to other realtors I have met. Being from out of state she not only showed us houses but gave us history on the area. In 2019 we had the opportunity to work with Stephanie Aragon in the purchase of our home. She initially listened to the things that were important to us in a new home. She has extensive knowledge of the market and the homes in our area and set up several showings of homes. As we narrowed our search she was able to set us up to see a home that had gone on the market the night before. The home was scheduled for an open house the following weekend. This home met almost everything that were looking for in a home. Stephanie helped us to write an offer that got us the home before the home before a bidding war could happen. Stephanie worked with our loan broker and made the full process go smooth and quick. We were able to find the home, get all the inspections, appraisals and close in days. We would, and have, recommended Stephanie to our friends and family any day.

My husband and I were first time home buyers in 2019, and Stephanie made the process SO easy for us! She was super patient with all of our questions and was always available to talk us through our first time buyer's jitters. She even helped us pick our home inspector. Working with Steph was the best part of buying our home!

I highly recommend Stephanie Aragon as a realtor. I moved back to Utah in 2018 and was working downtown and living near my family in Tooele. The commute was complete torture. No lie, it was 3 hours on some days: 1 hour to work and 2 hours home. I decided to move to the Salt Lake Valley quick to escape the commute but I was unsure of the best areas and further wary of certain homes. I found a small home in Sugarhouse and Stephanie helped me to get it talked down at least $20k off the asking price. I'm attorney and think of myself as comfortable with complicated transactions but buying a home just has too many moving pieces and it moves too fast. You need a realtor that knows the area, knows their business, knows financing, and knows how to negotiate. Stephanie was objectively knowledgeable and acted as my agent for my best interests. I recommended her to a friend and she got her into a great place in Daybreak. Definitely do your research on whoever you choose but I recommend Stephanie.
